Delivery & Return Policy

*Delivery Information*

At Phenomonee, we employ more than one courier service to handle our deliveries. The choice of courier depends on factors such as package size, weight, the number of parcels and of course their standard of service. Please note that urgent or next day deliveries unfortunately cannot be guarenteed, but we do try our best to assist in getting your most wanted item to you as fast as possible.

We offer free delivery on orders above R1000 (excluding regional and high-surcharge areas).

**Main Centres:**

– Free delivery for orders exceeding R1000.

– A standard fee of R90 applies to orders under R1000.

**Regional Areas:**

– Free delivery for orders exceeding R1000.

– A standard fee of R100 applies to orders under R1000.

**High-Risk Areas:**

In high-risk areas, you will be required to pick up your order from the nearest police station. Phenomonee reserves the right to adjust delivery charges for high-risk areas. If additional delivery charges apply after checkout and payment, we will promptly inform you. You will have the option to pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund.

All items will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Please note that we do not make deliveries on weekends and public holidays, and our delivery services are limited to South Africa. Our ability to deliver relies on the accuracy of the delivery address provided. Please make sure your delivery address is correct as we nor the courier company will accept any responsibility for items that have been delivered to an incorrect address. Deliveries take place within working hours and therefore you need to make sure you are available at the provided address on the day of delivery.

Before signing the receiving ticket, we urge you to personally inspect the packaging and report any damage. If you haven’t yet opened the packages, please write “unchecked” next to your name on the waybill.

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery. If we encounter any issues that may cause a delay, we will promptly notify you.

Delivery times may vary:

– Within Cape Town: 1-3 working days

– Main city center’s: 3-4 working days

– Outlying areas: 4-7 working days

Please be aware that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may be influenced by external factors.

Please Note: Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays will only be processed on the next full working day.

**Returns**

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 3 working days after delivery. Ensure you have your original invoice when making a claim. To make a claim, kindly email admin@phenomonee.co.za with a full description, order number and contact details. The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.

The product must be returned complete and in the same condition as when it arrived, with no installation or removal. We will arrange the collection, and a delivery charge will apply. As we are highly committed to supplying goods of excellent quality, all items are tested and checked before dispatch. Therefore, any item returned, will be inspected prior to a refund being processed. Should there be any sign of usage, breakage or mishandling, a refund will not be provided.

After receiving the item unopened and in a saleable condition, you can choose another item from the shop or request a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged, missing accessories, or not in resaleable condition. If the refund has been approved it will take 7 days to be processed.

You will be responsible for full transportation costs, with a minimum of R90 deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice, as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount, or absorb additional costs.

Custom-made orders are final sales, and we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer flaw.

We do not accept returns for international shipments.

If your order arrives damaged or with shortages, please notify us immediately at customer@Phenomonee.co.za or via WhatsApp. Describe the problem or defect and include photographs if possible. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement part instead of a complete product return.

Failure to comply with this Returns Policy may result in the refusal of returns or the imposition of fees and expenses by Phenomonee.
